SCC – Milford, Ne House Auction Tribute Video
100th House – 2013
Recently, Larsen and Associates was part of a milestone. In conjunction with Southeast Community College, Milford Campus, the two parties together celebrated the sale of the 100th house built by the college. At SCC, programs in building construction join together twice a year to build a house. At the end of the semester, the house is auctioned off to the highest bidder and moves on to its new home. Since the program’s inception at SCC, Larsen and Associates has been the proud auctioneer to sell these homes. As a token of appreciation, Ron Petsch of SCC created this tribute video to honor this long standing and successful partnership.
